New Taco Build 2006 3in 295/70-17 Upper-A-Arms or Not?

Ok next week i will be installing the following 3" pro comp lift , 17" XD Revolvers (4.5 back space), Tires 295 70 17 Nitto trails, front ad back brakes with front rotors drilled and slotted.

The truck is a 2006 Tacoma TRD Sport V6 auto. 4x4 Double Cab Long Bed.

The question is do i do an Upper-A-Arm replacement with the above or can i wait?, but if i do the UAA replacement i must do a cab mount chop this i know. also do i take off the sway bar or not and if i do how will it effect the truck?

Any answers to my questions and pics of your trucks would be great!!!!!

The next update to the truck will be bumbers front and back/ winch, and rock rails.
