After 4 years of driving a Nissian Xterra around and getting it up to 160K miles (bought it used) I decided that it was time to get myself in to a new vehicle and made the decision that I wanted a Tacoma. There is not a huge selection in my area and most everything was out of my price range but I eventually got lucky. The Chevy dealership got one in that was priced right and due to where I work we get a discount at Chevy. So I picked up a 2005 DCLB sport with 89K in silver for 16k less my trade in. I will post pics later today if I get the chance but she is CLEAN. Had her about a month now and my only issue with her is the squeaky breaks at rather low speeds (fast food drive thru) which I understand is a common issue. I’ve added a set of AVS vent shades and did the DTRL mod, next step I do believe will be plasti dipping the badges and rims as well as the lower valance followed by a satoshi grill (I see NONE in my area) and the BHLM. Thank you to everyone on this forum for the ideas with mods, my wallet hates you.
