Lol don't worry about it. There's a code that says IMG code...just copy it and paste it here. Just makes it easier for everyone. Nice truck! And welcome to TW!

I've only had them one time, and it was a looong time ago, but from what I remember it was pretty good. I shoot em all the time and just give em to people that I know will eat them. Usually give the dogs one, too. I honestly don't remember how they were cooked up when I had them...it was probably 10 years ago, just havne't thought about it again.

You didn't break anything...that thing is for jacking the truck up at. It saved your diff too from the looks of things. It's good to watch for squirrels, but it's also good to watch out for rocks!

I need to get the service manuals to see what things are, and I need some practice to keep away from rocks. I came up over bump too fast and came down fast on the other side and bashed a rock. Is that jack point replaceable? Does it just bolt on or is it welded?

    Thanks,
    Ted

It's part of the frame. There's nothing wrong with it, other than some scratches and being out of shape a bit. It's a tough area. It was most likely put there to be a centralized area on the actual frame to jack up from since there aren't too many good spots. Leaving only that area or a control arm or front frame horn, but those are on the sides and will only lift 1 tire at a time.
