We just purchased a 2006 Tacoma for my sixteen year old son. He is really into fishing and hunting and I figured this was the best vehicle for him. I purchased it from the original owner and he said all the service was done at the dealership. The truck has 82,000 miles and it looks great. This is the first Toyota I've owned since 1988 and it looks like it will last a long time.:D

Congrats to both you and your son. They're great trucks. My '99 Tacoma was my first vehicle and I got it the day I turned 17 and got my license. Will never forget that truck. Would still have it if the frame recall didn't get it.

He can't drive it without a license driver yet, so I guess I'm the one driving it now. The Suburban has been faithful, but it's a little to big for running around.
