Just put a reserve on a 2020 Tacoma TRD Pro (Magnetic Grey Metallic) and should take delivery mid-August. This will be my first ever truck.

POU: light to moderate off-roading. Truck camping.

Decided to come here and sign up as this seems to be THE forum for Tacoma owners.

Will post pictures once the truck is delivered.

28DF0AB1-6959-4DCE-AF37-0E7D9384C0F5.jpg Well, I brought her home last Wednesday! Happy surprise to get it before August 28th.
Just got home from getting new shoes :)
After much research on here I went with the Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 265/75R16 since I am not touching the suspension yet.
Additionally after much research on here, I have ordered the Mobtown rock sliders.8E60E8A7-B75B-4884-A162-BB91651CB6F2.jpg

Congratulations on the truck. I'm sure you've done your research and seen plenty of photos, but here are a couple more.

After quite some time after purchase, I finally installed my Mobtown sliders. The first pic makes them look like they stick out very far, even with the angle. The second shows how they "disappear". Although protection was my primary reason for purchasing, I was worried about the distance the stick out. Was it far enough to effectively stop side damage, push away from trees, etc.? Too close to the pinch weld? Was an angled step useful for my 5'7" wife to use as a step?

These sliders are about perfect in every respect. Now I've just got follow you and get some decent tires on my TRD wheels and install.
