    Hello All,
I am new to the Tacoma world and excited to learn from everyone here!
I just purchased a 2007 Speedway Blue, Double Cab 4x4 TRD. I am not new to 4x4's and my husband and I have enjoyed off-roading for years, but we are very excited to get mods done on the Tacoma and get out there!
Of course, after I mature out of the, "my new car mode-park way out from the rest of the cars..."
Also, I am pretty new to "forums" so I apologize in advance for any mistakes I make.
Now...things I want to do to my new ride:
XM radio install-possibly new speakers (as I got basic pkg)
    Suspension lift-anywhere from 3-6 inches-haven't decided yet
    New Wheels and Tires

I look forward to rummaging through this site and I know I will find everything I am looking for-Thanks to all here whom help us all out by posting your info!
    Jennifer;)

    Welcome to TW!

My wife, Jennifer, wanted a truck just like yours, but we needed an SUV for long trips. So she got a 06' RAV4 V6 4WD. It is more like a race car than SUV. If we had some time to hit trails we porbably would have gotten a truck like yours.

Congrats on your new truck and, again, WELCOME TO TW!

    007Tacoma-
I traded in my 2004 Yukon for my Tacoma. Wanted the Tacoma back in 04 when we got the Yukon, but my husband insisted on an SUV for the same reason as you guys...but after only four trips in two years he decided that perhaps we could just rent a bigger vehicle for such trips, thus, now I get to have my Tacoma...yahoooo!

    Tacomaman06-
I have no idea about which lift kit I am getting. Only poked around internet for 20 minutes and found the usual, skyjacker, etc. Will look into this forum for ideas!

...yeah, we do four trips a month (we have a house in Houston and San Antonio. Want a house?) We also drive to New Mexico, North Carolina, Colorado, Kentucky, Kansas, and Mississippi to visit family...
