I'm new to the forum and all I have is lots of questions lol. I don't have a tacoma yet just because I'm not sure what I want. I know I want to make it into long travel and I want to do it with a regular cab. With the research I have been doing it seems that 2wd tacomas are easier and cheaper to convert to LT, but I don't want to regret not having a 4x4 LT truck. I'm not sure how often I would be using the 4x4, maybe when I go hunting. I was wondering what you guys think. Thanks for the help guys.

Dude if you go long travel you wouldn't be using your truck for hunting

I would still use it for hunting once in a while. I'm just not sure on what to get, 2wd or 4wd, standard or auto. The long travel thing is very new to me, it just looks like a lot of fun.

Well I forgot to say welcome and long travel is something I want to do but I use my truck mostly in muddy terrain so I am going the lift route
