Newbie Dealership Question

    It would be nice to have the trimmed cab mounts but being as I've only had the truck for a few weeks it seems a bit extreme right now. Maybe after I make a payment or two or actually own it...

    I think it's only really hit the cab mount once or twice but it hasn't seen dirt yet either. I think it was just the initial shock of having a brand new truck rub on the fender lining and/or fender, it made a pretty loud noise as the tread rubbed on the plastic. At this point I've trimmed the fender linings and will trim the fenders a bit more (the dealership or their lift/tire guys already trimmed a bit). At which point I can live with it as long as I don't hear/rub the plastic.

    Where you at in SC,& what dealership was this?Maybe get them to trade to one size smaller tire?Nice looking truck too!

    Sorry, not S.Carolina... Santa Cruz. I changed my location so there won't be any more confusion. And lets just say the dealership is several hours away and I can't imagine different/smaller tires. I like the tires.

    I would hold the dealer to the fire. They put inadequate aftermarket parts on a vehicle and they are not fixing the problems associated with them? I would get my money back.

    haha i know what you mean man
    my rub is very minimal and i just put up w it. mine being a pre runner, hopefully some spindles sometime in the future would fix the rub and ditch the leveling kit
    who knows though
    awesome looking truck though !
