Just purchased a 2010 Tacoma TRD Off Road.

Looking for info on tires and lifts. I have found some great information on this site so far. Any help on lift vs. leveling kit and the type to get is greatly appreciated.

That seems to be the best option from what I have read. I am looking at a 3 inch suspension lift with 33 inch BFG All-Terrain T/A KO, this will be my daily truck so I want something for highway but also the dirt

I am using OME springs in front shocks all around and a 1 1/2" aal
    255-85-16 tires.
No vibe problems and I like it.

Welcome from San Tan Valley. I'm running a 3 inch Toytec coil over and add a leaf with 5100's. All reasonably priced and decent for what I use it for.

Stupid question, but what is the difference with the 255-85? I am still learning tire sizes but this stuff confuses me

255 is tire width in metric didgets (CM) 85 is sidewall aspect ratio, 85 is 85% of the width.
So compared to stock they are narrower less than 1/2", and taller little over 2"
