newer model HU questions

XD Chrome Revolvers 18x9, 285/60R18 Cooper Zeon LTZ tires,chrome bull bar,chrome nerfbars, foglight mod, led interior lights,5% tent all around, factory HU, AUX mod kicker6x9 front, kicker 6.5 rear, power acoustik tweets F&B, eclipse EQ, kicker 4 ch amp, 600D directed amp, 2 8" Kicker DVC Comp subs, ultraguage, LED cupholder lights, LED bed lights

Is it possible to get a newer model HU that has the AUX port and install it in a 2006 that does not have AUX hook-up, mine is also a non-JBL unit. wanting to keep the factory look. Anyone tried this or know any answers???

Any aftermarket HU that has an aux will work with your stock speakers. You can also add the Aux to the stock deck, there is a write up on here somewhere.

chrome on front painted to match, satoshi grill done by myself, BHLM, billys all the way around with ome springs upfront and LR ucas with wheelers 3 leaf progressive pack in the rear, mb gunner wheels powdercoated black on 285/75r16 nitto trail grapplers, tinted all the way around and on windshield, pioneer dbl din touch screen with two 10's behing the seat and new speakers all the way around and certain interior parts painted to match, also have a road wire leather kit black with red stitching sitting here waiting for me to find time to install it!

depends i know the 2012 and up headunit is a little to big around the top.. not sure about the 2011 or 2010.. but as long as you get one that is non jbl like yours it will be the same plug! but you will need the factory side aux plug to install with it..

it may just be cheaper and easier to get a pa15toy or a grom and install that that way i can have iphone controls too......
