    Hey guys,

I want your input... I want to go on a little adventure me and my girl. Preferably some sort of forrest where we can go explore stuff and enjoy the outdoors. Nothing where we would have to pitch a tent since its getting colder coming into winter but something fun and not too too far of a drive. I live in San Diego and want something historic/beautiful. :D Any ideas and suggestions would help a ton.

    Thanks!!

Go to Denver and back man!! Head up through Nevada and Utah on 1-15. East on I-70 to Denver. I-25 South to New Mexico and then West on I-40 through New Mexico to Arizona and then back to California! One hell of a trip! :D

You'll find plenty of forest in CO!

Some good forests in Northern Arizona, too!

That sounds like a nice road trip! How many hours of driving would you say that is?

I was kinda looking for something more of drive to a forrest and stay at a nearby hotel and spend the weekend there.

I made it to Denver in two days, but it was pretty much non-stop driving.

You could check out Flagstaff, AZ. That's a lot closer. About 7 hours.

K cool that sounds much more doable. I sometimes wish I lived out of the city lol. I swear I am just a Country Boy that got lost on the way to school one day. Ironicly I do not like country music lol.

P.S. Can I see a picture of your truck with the 2.5s? I think I want to keep them at 2.5 when you take them off so I want a clear picture! :D

That's on the way to Flagstaff. Take I-40 East. It goes through Kingman to Flagstaff.

Big Bear is good for a weekend. Two hours away. Nice.

Flagstaff would be good for like a 5 day trip. It's beautiful there. It's up in the mountains and the temperatures are always nice. Might be a little chilly there now because winter is coming up, but tolerable. :D

    When would you go?

Not for another couple weeks since my brother is getting married this month. I would say probably 3 weeks would be doable.
