Sorry for not providing an update about this here sooner. Have been running this latest tune for over a month now and my truck is spot on. I have had zero issues with how it runs and shifts now. Being able to turn on gear lock when I want is really cool.

You’re probably talking about transmission lock, or gear-lock?

Or is it really locking the rear diff?

    He's referring to gearlock: ECT + S-mode

Either way, it probably makes him giggle when he does it. I did for the little while I had that tune on my truck.

I didn’t want to give up normal ECT so I took it off for now. Will use it again if ever in long tow scenarios.

I quoted the issue in my post. But to summarize, a small fraction of customers were having throttle issues. The update was sent/released in the first half of October. I believe you received updated files as well around that time, even though you did not have the issues the update was addressing. We are currently working on another, larger update, focusing on your concerns. However, the priority at the time was to correct drivability issues some customers were having. We will make an announcent on here, as well as send out an email to our customers that have registered on our website, once the update has been finalized. So don't be concerned we will forget about you Vlad.

Well I do apologize if that's the case. I can certainly send you the files if you'd like, but the update was only to address the issue mentioned above. And since I don't believe you have that particular issue, it wouldn't be necessary to receive that update. Let me know how you'd like to proceed! I'm currently studying for midterms but I can take a break to make sure our customers receive excellent customer service.
