Also found a pic of my wheel studs. From right to left:
    1. Stockers on all four corners of the 2nd gens- 40mm
    2. Rear studs on 1st gen tacos- 44mm
    3. Shortened wheeladapter.com studs- 52mm
    4. Full length wheeladapter.com studs- 65mm

I also bought one of the Matrix studs while I was testing. They measure 55mm and would almost be perfect, but it appeared that the stock lug nuts could possibly contact the longer knurl, because the stock lugs go nearly to the brake rotors/drums. I'm not sure that I'll ever run stock wheels again, but I wanted the option.

That makes perfect sense. Assuming our lifts are the same, the 315 is .6 taller than the 305, which would give it .3 more clearance. Makes the 305 look like the better option I think.....

Wow, Just came across your build thread and our trucks look very similar.IMG_0506.jpg

Or should I say they did look similar, these were taken at Hickory nut Mtn. road crystal springs @ Lake Ouachita.

Got some more clearancing done this weekend, and I should now have zero rubbing AT ALL. Hopefully.
I bashed in the front of the wheel openings and had to relocate the windshield washer reservoir. I also cut 1/2" out of the front bumper.
At the pinch weld, I actually ended up cutting nearly all of the pinch off. I left about 1/4" to 1/2" and then folded that over and massaged it until it cleared at full stuff, full lock. Of course that left some holes, so I tack welded about every 1/2", skipping around as to not heat it up too much. Then I came back and sealed everything with some black RTV.
I'll try to get some pics later. I can never remember to take pictures.

Ah - brings back memories of driving across the Ozarks from XNA over to Harrison almost weekly. Exciting times trying to pass the big rigs on the 2 lane mountain road with my rental compact in the dark....

Great looking truck. Rims and armor look good. Read through to see how those tires fit. Repeat: pics. LOL

Thanks, man. Yeah, tires fit with almost zero rub. This past week in Moab I rubbed the frame one time while aired down, but I never could get it to do it again, and believe me I tried lol. It was a ton of work to get the tires to completely stuff though. Anyway, a proper update is coming in the next week or so. Just haven't had time to do it with work, getting the truck back together, then Colorado and Moab last week, and our club's annual event this weekend.

Yeah, please do. I think Chris got some pics of you guys as well, but he ran off with the camera so it may be a week or so before I can get the pics back.:(

I look forward to seeing the pics from Chris! :D

BTW...when we went shopping on the last day we found this tube of like 10 little baby figurines. You're lucky we didn't find them sooner because we were going to plant all 10 of them in your truck so you would randomly find them over time. :D Put one under your seat, in the glovebox, in the cooler... haha
