now that's a good looking truck! haha

how'd the tires hold up for the long road trip? you notice significant wear yet?

put 4000 miles on mine in may and you can definitely tell some fast wear on mine...i'm at 15-16/32 already  was glad to get my triumph up and running so i can give the truck a rest commuting at least and save those tires..

The tires did okay in Moab, but like you said, they definitely have some noticeable wear. I'll check the depths this afternoon... I have only run them on one run here. It was not real tough, but I did lose traction in a couple of places where I didn't think I should have. Maybe airing down a little more would help some...

And, thanks for the pics! Those are so much better than mine haha.

    Thanks, Ben!

I measured the MTRs at 15-16 on the front and 18 on the rear. The spare is also at 18 (it has about 3k on it).

Yeah, I rotated them at like 3k and was going to wait til my next oil change which is in about 1k, but I think I'll rotate them tomorrow haha. I was kind of surprised that the fronts have worn that much faster. I expected a little, but not quite that much.

Nope, need to do that too. I marked the cam tabs, and they are still dead on, but I think the tie rods shifted a little as it is pulling to the right.

Speaking from experience, I have had moab do some crazy stuff to my alignment.... knock it out, but the steering wheel was still straight as an arrow. Turned out both tires were both equally toed out. Not to mention last years adventure...

Yeah, I actually hit a giant rock on the first day (wasn't paying attention) and knocked the steering wheel crooked about 90 degrees. But, I hit another giant rock the next day and knocked it back straight lol. Been meaning to get it aligned, just haven't had time.

I didn't even realize that was my picture LOL. I was like "dang, that's a cool picture. I wonder who took that and where."

I'm apparently a good photographer :anonymous:

Haha yeah, I've been sorting through our pictures, and Chris is apparently a suck-tacular photographer. Half the pics are zoomed in too close, and there's more pics of rocks and crap than of trucks lol.

Like crap haha. Was going to adjust it myself, but decided to crank up the c/o's a bit in anticipation of the shackle flip, so I decided to go ahead and get an alignment. Have to drop it off in a few minutes.
