Hahaha screw the pines it was fun but I refuse to go back... cracking my windsheild on the way down and the amount of sand and pebbles that I had to clean up becuase of 3 car washes refusing I aint dealing with my dad haha...

No the fact that I had to wash it in the back yard and the sand going onto his "prized" lawn he got pissed and I had to shovel it up into the garbage...

 

Yea, pretty close. trail is 5' wide and trucks over 6' lol. I was on my way to the hill. Luckily most of the ice was fully frozen last night. I only broke through a couple puddles. Got no skids or bumper on so my radiator was asking to get shanked.

 

Is that near friendship/cranberry bogs and shit?

Truth, name rings a bell though I think I ran that at some point in my 3rd gen. I would love to night wheel those cranberry trails near friendship.

Sheetz is good but Wawa has an epic business model. They are expanding at an exponential rate and by being their own manufacturer for many products their in excellent control of expenses.
I'm very much looking forward to them going public.
I'd be "all-in" with that IPO.

Do you think they will ever go public? I know a lady who has been with them for years. She doesn't think it will happen.

But all your points are very valid. I said they should add car washes to their stores!

 

In order for them to go to a National scale they'll need the revenue that only an IPO can produce. Their expansion into Florida has produced growth but at the same time stretched their senior leadership.
HD experienced similar issues in it's early corporate expansion into Texas.
Unless they stray very far from the "norm" I'd see them IPO within 5 years or so if not sooner.
They are good enough to give Southland (7-11) a run for their $$$

I know a few HD managers that jumped ship to Wawa.

 

No offence my friend but you were the kid they hired to pump gas.
I've got a personal friend who was a Store Manager for Home Depot for many years and is now one of their Division Managers.
