    So far no added maintenance. I believe it has a separate reservoir for the oil near the brake fluid reservoir and uses the same belt just longer. I could be wrong though?

    When did you get a double cab with a supercharger??? That's awesome! I had a S/C installed a few months ago too and wish I would've had it put on sooner. As far as maintenance goes for the supercharger, the nose oil should be replaced at about 100k and I was told by my tech that they can chew through belts more quickly. The reservoir near the brake fluid reservoir is coolant for the intercooler. Mine had a small leak coming out the bottom of the reservoir because the hose clamp wasn't tight enough (or got loose from vibrations), so check for coolant leaks under your truck occasionally too.

    does it use an automatic or manual belt tensioner?

    I've been coming up with a single turbo design for the truck for when I get bored :)

    I've had the double cab for about 8 months, had to upgrade due to having my son. Access cab wasn't cutting it.

    It would be hard not to own a Tacoma now without a S/C now. It makes it some much more fun to drive.

    Only problem I noticed so far was a small squeal last winter when it was cold out at first start up, but once the truck warmed up, the noise would go away. So far so good otherwise!

    I just got the same hinge hood bracket from Relentless Fabrication. I was wondering how you routed your coax cable from your Firestik antenna underneath your hood to your cb radio. If you don't mind can you post a picture underneath the hood so I can see how you routed the cable? Thanks

    We also installed Energy Suspension radiator support bushings on Jay's truck. Can't believe how worn out they were on his truck. Looked at my 06 and they were equally waffled. Immediately ordered them for my truck.

    @Chux radiator support bushing install

    We used the factory bottle Jack and a block of wood to raise the support enough to remove the bushing and install the new bushing.
