thanks for clarifying that knowing The previous owner removed the abs should I be worried for my brake system? Where can I have one installed?

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it. While I haven't had ABS on my Tacoma, it stops on a dime. If you are having braking concerns, take it in and have the breaks checked. Seriously, not something to mess about with (especially if you are new to brake servicing). Safety item, top of the list kind of thing.

Yes definitely. My brake pedal started sinking a bit more in order for me to brake.most people have recommended changing the master cylinder

Yeah, I would have the brake sys inspected before trying to replace and if you do take it in, don't mention the master cylinder at all, you're sure to get a new one if you do

    Good luck, be safe.

I would check the rear shoes clearances first before anything else. They might not be adjusting like they should. If the rear shoes are out of adjustment the first portion of the pedal travel will be consumed by the rear shoe slave cylinders expanding.
