For some reason I thought you could buy oem lbj's from Toyota. You can, but you have to buy the whole LCA assembly . I knew the UCA was that way but not the LCA.

I have a small slice in the passenger side boot. Still grease in it, no play or clunk in the ball joint. I wanted to stick with oem, but not for $425...

Thinking about shooting some grease in the slice, clean the boot and dry for 24hrs, then try and seal it with something (maybe rubber cement?). Am I crazy?!? Should I just get moog?

    ...too much shit to list.
If the BJ is fine then why replace it? Stuff it with grease and smear a rtv over the slice and run it.

Thanks Jason. just didn't want dirt and mud getting in while grease worked out. It was to be a preemptive change

That sucks dude. I took my rig in yesterday for a complimentary alignment check. They said toe was off a bit so they adjusted it. But they could not adjust the caster because the LCA bolts are seized up. Quoted me 2k for parts and labor

Truck drives fine, they're smoking that good shit...lol :rasta:

Anybody rocking Oakley half jackets? These lenses are free to a good home. Otherwise they're going in the bin... 936e619003eb75fc18f4f0098ac5bdf9_d408fae6f0e375b5e5258634276b75a5106c2654.jpg

Love my Oakley Half Jackets, but they are prescription, so these wouldn't do it for me. Bummer.

Pretty Legit - It's so strange seeing Rome kill it perfectly considering he sounds so much like Bradley... Just sucks that teh Heroin from Petaluma was so pure it killed him. Rome does a great job and even his guitar work sounds like him. Last time I saw them was Fox Theater with Dirty Heads, which was a perfect match.

I was at Bradley's last show at the Phoenix. It was an awesome show but bittersweet. Just not the same with Rome.

Got Torque Lite tonight. No trans temps. There is a Pro version for $5 that I will compare and see if it's worth getting. So far it's way better than the iOS OBD app.

Will let it ride a while and see if I want to buy a mount or if I'll only end up using it for diagnostic and code reading/clearing.

The answer is yes. It is not in the default display, but you can add virtually any display parameter you want from the ECU, and there are two methods for AT temp.

And it has has roll and pitch gauges :)

Have you read the lengthy thread that BrokenTusk made?
