Yea, In retrospect I would have put at least 2 coats of the epoxy down and at least 2-3 coats of the sandy clearcoat. First time I dropped a leafspring on the ground it chipped down to the concrete.

 

I hate it when that happens. My last one happened right as I was ready to list my 01 for sale.

I was the 16 MGM TRD OFF Road. I parked next to a lifted 2nd gen TRD Sport.

Haven't driven my truck in almost 2 weeks so I deciced to take it to work yesterday which I never do cuz I drive a company truck and parked in some tall grass / shrubs that had some dead tree branches laying on the ground. I Guess one of them got me.

 

Haven't been there since last fall. Been playing at Paradise Valley, in Fairfield. Really nice place. But needed a change. I'll let you know. Just bought some new irons.

 

i like Paradise as well, play there often. Have you tried Rancho Solano? HUGE greens but great course, very similar to Paradise.

 

Same thing with my 4runner. Looked at the CV's and both were leaking. luckily it was just coming from the inner boot not being tight enough. Replaced the bands with hose clamps and no more leaking.

These, if I can't get my current coilovers valved for comfort. It does seem to be a rather large box though.
