Interesting advice. I'll have to try it.

Yeah that's on my "want" list. When I've got the free cash I'm adding UCON, possibly 7th injector, probably 2.7" pulley, headers (still on the shelf, i know I know, but have been debating URD equal length instead), and probably a new exhaust. Have also been slowly researching a spare 4.0 to get bored out, add a stroker kit, and upgraded internals, like Torspd did. That's a whole nother rabbit hole I'm not sure I want to go down though. I need to pick Jasons brain someday about dropping a 5.7 into it if its CA legal and all that. If the ECU mates up just fine and all that, whats the fitment like, blah blah blah, that's far down the road though.

Yeah I've looking into Steigmeyer (sp?) before, its about $600-800 or so with shipping and their porting service, unsure if its worth it for 10% more hp, so...maybe 10hp. Have looked into their Snakebite system as well which IIRC is the full port and polish plus regearing the rotors for twice the speed and boost. Something like 14 lbs of boost with the stock pulley. Reliability comes to mind on that one though.

Right now I'm just fixing broke stuff. Had a stripped cam bolt that's seized in place, having to cut it out tomorrow. Was replacing Lower uniballs and adding new brakes as well before my Pismo trip on Friday. Ordered a Sawzall to cut out the cam bolt (the front one that's a shaft the bolt goes through) with extra blades....sawzall showed up Saturday....blades say "out for delivery" and then "delivery delay" today. Was hoping to have that thing cut out and everything put back together tonight, so hopefully they show up tomorrow or wednesday. Have everything prepped to put back together, shouldn't take all that long.

Darn if I was closer or not so busy i would have brought over a sawzall and a little torch. I've got a spare set of OEM LCA if anything goes wrong during cutting ( but at least one has a stuck bolt too) I was gonna keep them as spares and put in new bushings but I have no spare time and they are big and heavy. Most likely gonna end up as scrap at this rate.

I looked at Snakebite and I'll probably do some porting of lower and S/C when time comes for rebuild. Full snakebite at least for mustangs add new cooler and I am sure the smog guys will hate that but they won't see just the porting. There are at least two other places that do S/C rebuilds I have bookmarked somewhere.

Good luck with all the fixes! Looking forward to hearing about go fast stuff.

I never used to have issues other than maybe holding a pen for too long. Or as I said, chopsticks. Can’t use chopsticks for more than 5 minutes otherwise I’d be in pain. Sitting at a keyboard or whatever for hours at a time, no issues. Driving never used to irritate my hand up until maybe a month ago. I had to drive lefty earlier because the thumb part of my hand became unusable. No amount of shaking helped.

That is where I’ve been resting my hands since the day I started driving. Either that or right dead center at the very bottom. It’s just...less effort. Any higher up and it’s wasted energy in an attempt to keep my arms elevated.
