I'll happily take one guys! The vibration is minimal, but i believe that a cb drop with make it no more.

Thanks for the offer Xo, but i think i'm going to grab Justins from him. He doesn't live far from me and i could get it done before the meet.

Justin, i'm headed out of town right now because i got my brakes fixed. Is there a way i can come by your place sometime during the week and pick it up?

Yes.. I have about an 1" to a 1 1/2" drop on mine...

If you go PLEASE hook a "brotha" up! I would LOVE a solid drive shaft!

That FJ is Gorgeous! It's got the Demello Front bumper on it.. So I bet he is either on here or the FJ forum!

One piece DS will solve a lot of issues if you're going to do it. I'd go local for sure. If you know of a guy that builds them with Dana / Spicer parts you'll be all set. If I ever get a wild hair to do a new one, that's the route I'm going to take.

BTW.. For the folks coming! Let me introduce you to this riding area about 2 miles from my house! I buddy of mine is coming to the meet with me and he knows his way around there pretty good! 85% of the area I have Highlighted and marked is Prerunner no lift friendly! The other bit is for us 4x4/lifted guys! If ya'll want to try it out let me know and I'll do a preliminary run Friday afternoon!

    "THE LANE" :D

Bigger tires needed. But here is the result. The setup rides smooth, even over bumpy surfaces. 100% happy with it.

If you save the brake lines for the meet, i'll help you with it. I'm thinking if you switch them out real fast and bleed them directly after, you shouldn't have the same problem i had. But, if you do have the same problem, i have experience on how to bleed the MC. lol

As for the CL ad. I haven't had a chance to talk to him. He has the hours of 3pm to 9pm for contact. He probably works nights. I rarely have time to do anything between those hours. I hope to get with him sometime this week though.

may have to save the lines for the meet....... dont really have any help to bleed brakes before then. ill just go by the parts store and pick up one of the BIG bottles of brake fluid. cuz i think all i have to do still for the meet is the brake lines flip kit and sweet talk kyle into redoin my badges, may also look into the fog light mod. so im hoping to be done with all my stuff early so i can help others the rest of the morning and be ready to ride when everyone else is.

KYLE!!!! that place looks good why you waiting to go check it out? we need pics and recon NOW!!!!!!!!!

Justin, today isnt looking like a bad day for me. What do your hours look like? If we can both manage a reasonable time, we could do your brake lines and my cb drop and get them out of the way. I can bring a droplight, I have no problem working after dark. It get dark to damn early anyway.

I am looking more and more towards the "yes" for being able to go. Where exactly is the area located? (city) And again for those who are going up from anywhere near Marion, please PM me with where you are talking about meeting up at, and when. I have a GPS system and map software so I can find anyplace if you just give me coords or address. Also, I'm not rich or anything, but if anyone has some old parts for a first gen (1997) Tacoma, please post or PM me with what you have, possible pics, and how much you want. Maybe we can make a deal. For those who are interested, I am an ASE certified master tech and have my own shop in Marion. I am up for any help that may be needed.
    Thanks

meet is in huntsville. i think brian said its looking like backroads would save you a good many miles and hours of driving, otherwise if you take interstate a bunch of us are meeting right off of exit 267 on I65 at the mcdonalds around 730am to have breakfast and convoy up there and ANYONE is free to join cuz the more tacoma's in a line together down the interstate the more looks and more presence we will have.

I sent you a pm with a google map link and my address and phone number. That is where the meet will occur. We will leave from there to go wheeling after meeting, greeting, and modding.

I was talking with ConradTaco about coming from Gadsden, BamaToy is south west of Birmingham and would be coming up 65.
