Just received something in the mail from the North American Hunting Club. Included was a window decal, sticker, and a membership card holder. Havent read thru the whole brochure and pamphlets, but I did notice that they would send stuff (knives, hunting gear, etc.) to test and keep.

So to get to the point, has anybody ever joined this club and is it legit?

Magazine is pretty good. If you want to pay for the magazine then it is worth it, but if you are going to join to get free stuff then you are wasting your time. I have been a member for years because I read the magazine (leave them in my enclosed deer stands), but I have never received any free products to test.

my friend did..put him on some uber solicitation list. phone calls, mailers..not worth it.

my friend is an idiot..he fills out all those "win this car" things at the mall. his cell phone is raped daily by solicitations. he cant put two and two together.

Yep. Giving away one car is a huge way for companies to put together a very valuable mailing list of 1000s of names/addresses/phone numbers. And so is giving away a some cheap fishing gear.
