Ok cool. Did you do the actual head or the head gasket? How long did it take?

I got a Tundra as stated above.... It is really good, but I am hating the 13mpg that I am getting... Glad to see you back in a Tacoma, I know that as soon as the new model Tacomas come out I will be temped to get one.

Yeah, that's the reason I dropped the crown vic. After I stopped commuting and my MPG dropped from an average of 25 to 16 it was costing me to much. I wasn't actively looking for a Tacoma, just wandering around on eBay when I found the silver access cab and decided to take a look for it. It took three days but the dealer finally came around to a deal that worked for them and I. If you have people out to the farm let me know and hopefully I can make it all the way up the driveway this time under my own power.

Those first few days of cold got my radiator leaking so I'll have that to look forward to in the near future... but hey I figure spending 150 bucks on something that lasted 194k miles isn't too bad when I compare it to having a car payment!

ok cool. i hear it’s getting bad between me and lex,(jelico and the mountains) i’m right down by Norris lake, so i’m 40 min from the state line. and roads are pretty slushy and people are freaking out. no ice yet but it’s about 36* it will probably turn to ice tonight.

Sounds like your close to where my Dad lives. He's in Oak Ridge. Would like to hit trails up around there sometime once I get some mods on the rig.

Zach just take your time and you should be good. I'd say most would be cleared by sat... minus the dumb drivers :)

oh nice. you would get off at my exit to go see him. I’m about 10 min from OR.(thats what we all down here call oak ridge. Let me know when and if you ever come down we will meet up, go get some pizza at big ed’s or something or we can go up to royal blue WMA. Which is between KY and me, 2 mild trails we can go down(one is like 6. Something miles and other 8. something, and I have gone about 5 times and i don’t have sliders or lift or anything, just 265/75r16 nittos. I don’t have any damage other than one small scratch that waxed out last weeked, so it’s not even there anymore.
yeah thanks for info. I will have extra weight in the bed so that will help and i do have 4x4 if it gets bad some where along the way.

Has a few minor blemishes I need to do first.

Bed has no liner- Want it Line-X

    Then do some cosmetic things.

Tires are still in decent condition. So once they go, wheels and tires will go on.

Lift, not sure if i want to do that. It rides nice as it is. And if anything, maybe 2-3 inch. And thats about it.

Just want to do cosmetic things to this one.
