IMO these trucks should have a short throw from the factory. I loved my trd short throw

Agreed, I was blown away at how much nicer the shifts were with it. Reverse was a bit tough at first but I quickly got used to it.

Seriously. Strut bars are to prevent roll. What's the purpose on a truck?

 

The shock towers are a weak point when you become airborne. That why they also make dual shear kits for the sides

It prevents the strut towers from collapsing inward during extreme use.

This has everything to with that. Its not a strut bar to prevent sway. It helps the towers
