Hook a brotha up with some money tree seeds. I got plenty of room to grow one in the back yard!

Correctomundo, I wanted fxr's but I don't have the skill/nerve to drill into my head lights haha

haha I know but I have had these other set of head lights sitting around for about 8 months now and its just an excuse to do it! I've been wanting to for awhile. Plus I don't have any LED pods out front now so i want the extra light.

It's addicting dude! I hate it! There's so many things on my list that I want dude! Some of the little things I'm like, I could just buy that really quick and it would be fine haha. Then the angel on my right shoulder is like "Ryan you have a newborn and a mortgage to pay for!" Still tempted to flick him off and buy the stuff ahahaha.

On the serious note though. When you got the BAMF shock relocation kit, is there a math behind where to weld in the mounts?

I'm worried that if I were to order it I would have no idea where the exact spot to weld it in is. And obviously there has to be a specific spot for the shock to work properly right?

hmm the smart thing or the fun thing.. Our first world problems are so tough haha

With the shock relocation Jerry told me on the phone that the most ideal way is to take apart your leaf pack besides the top leaf and flex the axle to see the most ideal spot.. Well that would take all day. Then I found his write up on TW and he said the lower mounts are 90 degrees on the axle, and there is supposed to be a 9 degree forward angle for the shock (both shocks are now on the front side of the axle). Weld it in and your good. What takes the longest is just grinding off the stock mounts. My 12" stroke kings are about an inch longer than my leaf pack droops so theres no possible way for me to over extend.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/b-a-m-f-2nd-gen-rear-shock-relocation-kit-gb-feeler.247681/

When you order the shocks they'll ask what spacing you want, and for Kings at least its 1.5". I think the other option was 1.25".

Dude you're the man! That's a huge help! Thank you. Really tempted to put my rear icons up for sale and do this haha. Probably wait a little bit but really like the thought of all that extra flex in the rear!

No problem man! No more lifting a tire though, I've had mine in a 2.5-3ft deep hole and still was touching the ground.. Its crazy.

You can probably save $65 and weld it yourself too

Had a crazy day so this evening I went to do some wheeling at an old spot we went in high school a lot, almost swamped my old truck on prom day there haha but come to find it was closed... So I went to the river and cleared my head tonight and got a good shot of the truck!FullSizeRender.jpg

Hey Brian. When you install your HC rear bumper are you gonna leave your leaf spring shackles the way that they are or do a shackle flip?

haha thats the best way to release frustrations!

No plan on shackle flip.. As of right now  but to be honest I haven't researched it much so not sure what it gives me besides more lift. Which I may need after this heavy ass bumper and sliders go on :D

Woooo!! Sexy sliders and bumper!!! The shackle flip I think would also allow some more clearance and the stock hangar wouldn't be such an eye sore.
