Not another build thread - @dorseydave’s TRD Pro

So, I finally made the plunge. I’ve wanted a Tacoma for years, owned a few 4Runners here and there but really I come from the lowered Volkswagen world. I may dump a few photos of those below.

1/02/20 - Placed the order for my new truck.

2/27/20 - I brought home the truck of my dreams. I purchased a 2020 TRD Pro in Army Green. I’ve wanted a Tacoma for years like I said but 2020 brought a long some features that sealed the deal and got me in it. Big one for me, the power seat, I’m 6’2 and a big guy. That tiny bit of extra head room is super important. CarPlay was a big bonus as well. Anyways, onto the fun stuff.

I had a small pile of parts growing on my dining room table since before even ordering the truck. Nothing too crazy, small things, a lot of Meso Customs parts, and just a couple of things to make life in the new truck a little better.

The plan for the truck is simple, it’s my daily driver but my girlfriend and I want to turn it into our little overlanding/road trip rig.
