    Finally someone is thinking with their head here. I've been reiterating this to myself since the trucks have come out and dealers think they can get MSRP+ for these trucks. No thanks, Patience is key here folks.

    Agreed, most people know this. Never a good idea to buy a car/truck the moment it rolls of the production line the first year. Many buyers wait for pricing/demand and defects to correct them self before making the jump.

    I have helped a few members on this board with lease quotes and pricing.

    You are a salesperson working for a Dealer apparently few respect who has been claimed to stickering trucks at over MSRP. I cannot see you helping anyone but yourself

    Leasing at MSRP or over is just as bad as buying at MSRP or over, Bottomline Customer pays more for the vehicle. If they choose to , that's their choice. But lets not assume you are "helping" people get Invoice or slightly over deals.

    It is a free market, if you want to pay $XXX dollars for a service or product, by all means go for it.

    If you rather pay $XXX for a product or service, and some one is willing to pay more, what can you do?

    Not really. They are just preying on those who cannot get the allocation and options they want today. They are not doing anyone any special favors.

    I would stay far away from dealers who post in enthusiast threads. Mine doesn't and they were $500 over invoice Including their doc fee and only sell 200+/- trucks a month. Another 90 miles away quoted AT Invoice plus Tax Title.

    Understood, but the fact that dealers are frequenting the boards, means its sales are slowing down on the lots. They are now going after enthusiasts that can't wait. I wouldn't give them another look when they wouldn't even bother to e-mail me back a few months ago. Unlike most people, I am still waiting for 20 weeks or later. Clock just hit 292k, so its a litle scary.

    FYI- Larry is probably his minion working the scam along

    His name is Hanh Hoang. Emailed him. I'm in San Diego. I can't drive without a left foot accelerator adapter being installed. He offered to drive the Tacoma to the guys who will install the device here in San Diego. I'm going to buy in February and if his deal is still good, I'll go to Longo. I don't see the supply / demand imbalance moving any time soon.
