O2 sensor problem?

    I have a problem with my cel and my o2 sensor. Last November I replaced rear o2 sensor with oem denso, replaced front probably 6 months before that with oem. Code came on last month bank 1 sensor 2 and I just replaced it with a bosch # 13618. Now my check engine lights on with code po420 and the o2 sensor has'nt reset but no light yet. I'm wondering If this Bosch sensor set this off or my cat is really bad? Any help would be appreciated as my inspection ran out last month. 2001 tacoma prerunner 3.4 auto
