Just like @THE CALICO did. Those 4 bolts above the cubby are holding the compressor to the other side of the composite bed hidden behind the fender.

I don't have a quick connect in the cab of mine and don't miss/need one. @dakotasyota He nailed it on the placement.

Looks good! Is that your quick connect in the bottom left of the cubby?

    Yeah it keeps it interesting!

Where did you end up putting your switch? To the left of the steering wheel?

So another question I'm stretched to my limits.

VIAIR Quarter Duty Onboard Air System https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001L7UW3Q/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_SjxQwbRJS2Z1V

This is a 120 psi tank. a 25% compressor and is rated for 150 psi and 10 minutes of continous use. The tank takes 2 min 30 sec to fill.

Is there any reason this could not inflate tires. There is several mentions of not being suitable for tire inflation on the viair Web site. But the internet says fine for 31s (on Amazon) I had 31s run the same psi as my 33s now. It doesn't make sense to me why it could not be used for inflation. Any ideas as to why?

The viair portable compressor is labeled for 33s is also a 25 % compressor. Any thoughts?

I've seen people mount the single in the engine bay but not the twin. At least not without modifying the stock mounting locations of several components.

yeah i tried mocking up like 3 templates today, got close to fitting in the left hand corner behind the intake tube, but it still stands up to tall and hits the hood when closed.... maybe if i add 1 inch hood spacers like how honda peeps do

ps: totally kidding about the spacers even tho it would work hahaha

It will take to long to fill 33's back to 34psi that's why they don't recommend it. My 450 takes about 10mins to fill my 33's back from 15psi I would spend a little more and get a better compressor. If I had the money I would run two 450's

I mounted a tank slightly bigger than that right under the pocket to the underside of the bed. That way I could still use the pocket.
