Does anyone have a complete installation manual or a link to one for an ARB dual ? I picked up a used one a few months back and have been hoarding parts and ironing out some ideas but really need a full manual...and yes I tried to google it

If you're referring to using that so supply your tank it will be very restrictive, 1/4" OD. 1/4" airhose is ID.

If you are referring to the blue line ARB supplies its some oddball size, like 4.5mm or 5mm, because Australia.

    I totally agree.
The ARB AN fitting line supplied with the twin compressor is too small as well. I replaced it with a 3/8" ID line to the manifold. I ran the same size to the slider valve and from it, again, same size to the slider.

I'll try to get a better picture of the valve tonight.

I would not suggest this. I first went this route but it couldn't take the heat generated by the compressor. Kept blowing/ splitting the line.

I went with stainless steel braid and have not has any issues.

From the tank to a tool there isn't much/any heat. As a leader off of the compressor to the tank, Yea it will melt.
