check engine light was on when I bought the truck...

    168k miles... 96 2.7L...

got a code P0125 for Insufficient coolant temp for closed loop fuel control... suggestions as to whats wrong? So far I've got, takes too long to warm up, low coolant (its not low), leaking or stuck T-stat (the engine heats up in a normal amount of time and doesnt overheat at all), or the coolant temp sensor...

anyone had this issue before? Im going to buy a repair manual soon, but I wanted to ask on here first.

I cleared the fault, and drove for a bit... next day when I went to work the check engine light came on again. same code. Im going to replace the sensor and see what happens. Ill be doing plugs, wires, cap and rotor and diffs, transfer case and trans fluids as well... 168k miles... probably due for all that at least. guess Ill clean the idle control valve and throttle body too if I have time.

the truck runs just fine once its under way, it just idles rough.
