You may just have more than one dashboard. When looking at your dashboard, try scrolling (I know this word was triggering people recently. I am not using it in a disrespectful way) left or right and see if the imported dashboard ended up on another screen/page.

Inquiring minds want to know, how ‘scrolling’ is implied or inferred to be disrespectful. You can PM if you prefer. If there’s another landmine out there, I don’t want to step on it.

Okay, a kind soul pointed me to the TW landmine. Whew! I was afraid there was some new trigger words out there and I might have accidentally upset the Starbucks barista this morning (no offense to baristas) All is good now.

haha, no disrespect taken, often it is the easy things that are the fix. I tired this though, no additional dashboards. Thanks for the help.

BTW: I am unsure why "scrolling" may offend someone, but in today's society, not surprised.

Is the current gear still called Status of shift, hi or lo?

I attempted to import your dashboard as well. No-Go. Keeps saying I have no dashboard and wants to load a default one. Dashboard created in January of 2023 loads up just fine. Older dashboards also not loading, so seems you are correct about older versions. Wonder if OCTech, LLC knows they basically broke what should be a simple xml file in between your current version and the latest release.

These are my options when I search for status of shift

Also get the following when I just search for "shift"

Thanks... I must be doing something wrong as I can't get any settings to load to my 2020 iPhone SE. It says "successfully imported settings" but lists none. Even tried clearing all of my dashboards and trying various different import options without any luck...

Thought I'd add a link to the Carista BT dongle so it shows up in the links at the bottom. This dongle is great as you get a trial with the purchase of it where you can change some of the Tacoma settings that you can't do from the vehicle dashboard such as disabling the seat belt dinger... Disclaimer I always wear my seatbelt in general but some times off-roading its nice not having it ding away at you...

EDIT: linking below may only work with Amazon???

Let me think for a bit. I might try dropping down to just one dashboard.

I’m running version 5.35 on iOS version 16.6. I can export and import and seem to have no errors. I’m a bit stumped.

Dang, I dunno either, I thought that would be the fix. I made a quick dashboard, even though it sucks royally, for the sake of trying, I could export and link to see if someone can grab my shitty dash. Not sure what that proves, other than my setup does or doesn’t work.

EDIT: Don't laugh, it took a bit figure out how to make my own, and then I didn't put any time in to it, as I was at my GF's with my work truck. I didn't want to sink a bunch of time in to it, until I could get my truck and see if it was working. I am on 5.35 and ios 16.6 as well.
