Man, idk what I’m doing wrong, but when I import your dashboard all the heading read MPH and when I go to change them. MPH stays and the name I change it to overlays on it.

What version are you running? I wonder if that might be an issue. I can check to make sure I’m on the latest, and export again.

PS. There’s a title, and then there’s the units. I have title empty I believe. I think I may have run across that problem myself once.

Seems like we all go for the same PIDs.

Very clean. I know with my eyes I really need the ranges. Gets a little hard to read actual numbers on a gauge.

Thanks. Need to add some more to it. I wish you could do it on a laptop rather than just a phone

I’ve made the same product improvement request to the developer. I just find a night when the wife wants to watch some crime documentary, then I pull out the phone and work on a dashboard for an hour. :)

That's too funny. My wife loves the Investigation Discovery channel.

I’ve also thought about looking at the files generated and seeing if they are text. If so, it might be possible to do some editing offline to get everything squared up.

I pulled your dashboard down and looked at it in an editor, not text :D

I imported it to my phone (I used iMazing to copy to the ODBFusion/Documents folder on the phone), the import process is amazingly counter intuitive (select step, set, go back to settings, next step is available ... ) you'd think some 'next' buttons might show up at some point.

To refer to @MarshRiver's comment, your dashboard showed up on my phone as expected (mine is a 12 pro max, in case that might matter).

Agreed, checking your settings and exiting is what triggers the import or export. It’s a bit counterintuitive.

So did the settings come in correct? What about gauge placement since you’re on a max? I haven’t quite sorted out placement rules. It seems like sometimes it’s from center, and sometimes from an edge.

No apparent issue on the settings or placement.

    Figured it out. :anonymous:

Updated the app and redownloaded the Toyota PIDs.

I have a dedicated iPhone that stays in the truck, plugged into a charger. Whenever I run fusion, it keeps running in the background even after force closing, then the battery is dead the next day. Anyone know why??

Can you test by rebooting the phone, not connecting, then shutting down at the end of the day like normal? No OBD fusion after rebooting.

If I had to guess, I’d say maybe something to do with it continuing to try and connect via Bluetooth, or perhaps gps still running.

I never shut the phone down. It's always on and always near 90% charge when I get in. Only issue I have is when I load fusion, then disconnect, force quit and lock screen. Then it'll run in the background and kill the batter. Also, I have airplane mode on and every app "turned off" as far as I know how in ios haha.

That’s something I’ll have to look into as well. I’m planning on something similar.
