I’m wondering since you have a 3rd gen and I have a 2nd gen maybe the 2nd gen doesn’t have a Network D. What adapter are you using? You seem to be the only one on this thread that has success reading the TPMS module.

Try to get a cheapo Veepeak ODB VP11 from Amazon. Make sure get one to match your devise OS.

Also see if you setup adapter correctly

Randomly, I turned my OBD app on and my gauges arent what they used to be? I remember seeing a pop up when I got a new phone that said something about it, but there were so many things popping up I lost the message and its gone. Anybody know if there is a way to get them back?

Go into settings and try restoring Purchases, and make sure your on the correct dashboard page.

Maybe re-downloading the app will help.
All the info should be in the app.

This has happened to me once or twice. I’ve since saved the dashboards to my dropbox, so hopefully I can download them again if needed. My gauges always remained, their settings were just jacked.

Hey friends. I'm trying to set up a dashboard w various temps. I notice a lot of folks here + other dashboards I have seen have ranges (red, yellow, etc) for oil, AT, coolant, etc.

But I have ALSO noticed a lot of them have different values.

Is there some Toyota standard for what represents too hot or two cold for oil, coolant, AT, T Converter temps? How are people deciding where the red starts?

Does anyone know how to speed up the reporting or refresh rate (not sure of proper term). I would like to speed up the reaction rate of the the torque converter locked/unlocked…

I have noticed that if you have a lot of gauges on your dashboard, it’s a little slower. Maybe try less gauges to see if it helps.

Thanks! I definitely have some that i can get rid of.
My iPad runs really hot after a long journey and that probably doesn’t help things.

    Hey OBD Fusion rock stars,

I have the enhanced package, and I added engine oil temperature from the engine PIDs, but I get 0.0. I’m in a 2022, but using the 21 info as OBD Fusion doesn’t have 2022 Toyota PIDs year. Any ideas? I have both A/T temps, got the gear shifts, everything I need, I just wanted oil temp too. Thanks!

I would double check if you select engine oil temp from Engine and not from SAE PIDs.

Yeah, to get it I went to: Toyota, Lexus, Scion>Engine>Engine Oil Temperature.

They must've changed PID for 2022. If you have access to techstream, verify if PID available.

Isn't oil temp absent from our trucks, and the PID we select is using other maths? Or am I thinking of pressure?

Oil pressure is missing. Yet when I do a KDMax Pro tune, there is an oil pressure warning screen that comes up during the process. So there HAS to be a sensor somewhere. I have not found the PID. That one would be really nice to have.
