    Yeah, about that...when I was there Wednesday, the primitive side of Holder Mine was posted as closed. I don't know if that was just because it was mid-week or if they don't open it until closer to hunting season. It could even be that if the RV sites are full that they will open the primitive sites for us as an overflow. Just something to be aware of.

    Also Tillis Hill requires reservations. Not sure how it would work if you just showed up. Might be okay if they have the available sites, but they might get all bureaucratic about it.

    Sure. Tents can be used in the RV sites (up to five per site, though only two trucks per). The primitive side may be open by then anyway. It's getting close to hunting season, plus if the RV sites are full, I think they would need to open it up. I'm going to be optimistic and say it won't matter though. I think we'll be the only ones in the campground. :D

    Silly question, and yes I'm a newb so flame away. When they say its a site with "electrical hook-up", does that mean it has one standard household plug? or do I need to get a adapter of some sort. I will be using a tent but it would be nice if i could have some electricity.
