Sound isn't fast enough for a driveline to be causing the noise. It appears to be with wheel speeds.

Yes standard cab... I’ll jack it up on the front crossmember right now and see if I can recreate anything

Driveline can. But it's spinning 4 times faster then a wheel. In the video he posted the sound isn't that fast.

Just spun the drivers side And passenger side while jacked up and they both sound the same. They have a noise that comes from them but I’m not sure both would be making the same noise if the tires or something were the issue. I can post a sound clip if y’all want?

Here’s how it sounds. It doesn’t seem like the tire or brakes are the culprits here. May be wrong, also both of my front tires sound like this when they spin.

Sounds like your calipers are dragging on your rotor.

    That's my worthless $0.02

Yeah don’t think that’s the issue though still. If they are it’s not happening very loud when I drive because they don’t make a noise. That’s why I noticed this noise when it popped up because my truck usually doesn’t have very many noises coming from it

    Just the tire/wheel.
I would agree that's rotor drag in that video
