Grey wire mod, 5100's on all four corners, AAL in the rear, deckplate mod,
I actually did this mod on my 2004. I had no factory alarm but I did have a factory keyless entry. This mod works great! if you lock the doors with the keyless remote, then simply pop the lock manually, the horn will start honkin and the lights and crap start flashin. Scared the hell outta myself after I did the mod!!!

    Just read that, pretty sweet!

FYI - The GBS (glass break sensor) and alarm addition is part number PT398-35090 (2009-2010) or PT08586-04841 (2005-2008) in case anyone cares ($259)

Is this not the additional alarm in case someone wanted to do the full install?

(I couldn't find a part number for just the GBS)

Oh I think that is everything. But if you have the keyless entry then you have the door lock alarm all you need to do is unhook a wire and buy a GB Sensor. And you will have a $259 alarm system for a little over $20 and 15 mins of work.

I think the best quick mod is to reprogram ur keyless so that one push unlocks both doors

I didn't think that mod worked for our year models of truck. Could someone post a link of how to do that. I can't seem to find it.

This worked great on my 2003. I unplugged the white connector, and tested it out, yep, alarm went off.

I also picked up the OEM glass sensor/LED module, and installed it. I got mine online for like $107. I can' remember where though. If you're interested just keep looking online, you may just get lucky.

Ok I just tried it... can't find the connector. In that pic the connector is right where my clutch interlock button is. Anyone with a manual have any success?

Bump...anyone successfully find the GB sensor/LED lately? Looking eveywhere, seems discontinued?
