OEM Driver side Headlight

OK, as some of you may know, I tried to do the BHLM and failed. After reassembling everything, I figured out what I had done wrong, but by then I given up on it and ordered some new headlights. I just shipped out the passenger headlight to another user, so this one is now for sale. This is the headlight I tried prying apart. I did a good job resealing it so that water cannot get in, it just isn't the prettiest silicone job ever done. IT DOES NOT LEAK!

I am asking $50/OBO, shipped (USPS Priority w/delivery confirmation) for the headlight.

I can take payments via PayPal and ship as soon as tomorrow, or I can wait to get your money order and then ship it out. PM me if interested.

IMO, it would be an easy project for somebody who knew what they were doing with BHLMs to pry this apart, remove the excess silicone, and make it look pretty again.

OK, any suggestion on price? It cost me $13 to ship the last one, and I know it's worth something, so I'm trying to get something back out of it... Going to add OBO and see if that helps any. Thanks!

 

People are selling untouched stock headlights for $100 + shipping. You have already messed with the seals and used silicone. I would probably take it for $30 shipped because there is a pic of the headlight FACED DOWN on the clear lens... (unless you have a cloth underneath it).

 

Thanks for the input. I'll give it a couple weeks for any better offers. Hoping to make at least $25 off the thing. If nothing better comes along, it's yours. The clear lens is in good condition, it was just set down for a picture then picked up and turned over to take some more (on clean, ceramic tile flooring.)

 

All I would need it for is the front lens to be honest with you.
