Would any one be able to verify if tacoma part # 8111004290 is compatible with a 2018 Tacoma limited. The noted part number is for 20-21 models this is standard for Tacoma Limited Trim level.
would sure be nice to upgrade. I believe obtaining the appropriate harness should not be a problem through retro source or several other individuals. Please advise.

Will fit however you will need a new wire harness for the new lights.

So what I’m gathering is that the headlight assembly is a fit.
The harness is no issue part# H128 from The Retrofit Source
Just verifying if both years 2018 & 2020 and trim/body are the same so the new assembly will fit line a glove

The retro harness, I've seen people have issues with grounding - I think that was the issue and have had to modify it. Best consensus for a harness is from TW members

I just purchased the conversion harness from @daveeasa. I had also previously ordered the harness from Headlight Revolution, before I realized the @daveeasa harness is considerably less expensive.

Cost aside, after holding the two harnesses side by side, the HR harness is definitely of lesser quality. Not to mention, @daveeasa adds in goodies like plugs for the unused connectors and extra flare clips, in case they break.

Needless to say, the HR harness was promptly sent back (yesterday in fact).
