hi all...awesome site, glad I found it! Got a new TRD with the OEM ipod interface in it. Anyone have any experience troubleshooting these, the dealer is an hour away. the display now only shows CD Open and the ipod doesn't switch to 'toyota mode' when plugged in anymore. The ipod still works, the CD, radio etc are fine as well on the head. Any thoughts?

I think it takes 30 sec. or so sometimes for it to recognize the Ipod. Is there anything in the owners manual about it?

nothing in the manual. they didn't give any additional info on the ipod interface either. I tried a second ipod and nothing there either. guess perhaps a faulty unit.
