I'm looking @ options for my 2012 DCLB and is the roof rack a good option @ $475.01 ? I like the look but don't think I'll have much use for it.

Any one has pics of it in action

    Agreed.

As far as roof racks go, it's not the best. Load carrying ability is limited, but I have hauled kayaks and canoes with no problem.

They sure do look good :D (at least to my eyes)!

If you don't have any use for it, why would you consider spending almost $500 on it??

You can find them cheaper if you look around but if you have no use for it, it's a waste of money regardless of how much you spend on it.

I took mine off and sold it on here. I bought my taco used and it had one on. I thought they were pretty ugly, but that's just my opinion.

and like they said you can buy them new for much cheaper online than through the dealership and the install is easy.

youre better off with a yakima or thule system if you want one. itll be decently cheaper than 475 and will be rated for more weight should you decide to use itt
