No matter what you can't please everyone. From the looks of it and your response you did everything within your power and pretty damn cordial about it.

On a side note - Watch out for that guy @Rome604 he is a nefarious character.

Matt, in our correspondence you stated "entire" several times. When I asked why I was notified of a partial shipment, only then did you mention the harness, then in your final email you state the switch didn't ship either.

All I did in my email is ask what the status was, then state the I preferred you had been upfront about the fact that my "entire" order in fact has not been shipped.

At that point you stated i was being rude.

Explain it how you like, but you didn't advise of your mistake about the harness until after your email where you stated you were ending your customer service.

What do you want? He has offered way more than I would have. Stop taking things personally and suggest a resolution...in private.

That's the thing man, I did. When he advised today that harness had not shipped I asked him to cancel that peice of the order and advised I would run the wire myself.

This is when he told me I was being rude and this was the end of my customer service. So yeah, it is what it is.

I think it's pretty clear that his assessment was spot on. So other than a failed attempt to run his name in the mud, we are back to you either accepting his offer or moving on.

I have had nothing but amazing customer service from Matt. Just thought I would chime in. Would hate to have a guy like this slandered.

It sounds like Chris is being unreasonable! Come on bro. Matt made the effort to get you the kit, backorders happen it’s unpredictable and most companies won’t even ship anything until it’s a complete order.

I have meet Matt at the overland expo Flagg a few years back and was impressed with him and the company. Last Black Friday I ordered my kit after many phone calls and emails back and forth with Matt. The customer service was great and he took the time to answer all my silly questions. He swapped out parts in my kit that better suited my switch pro set up and included an a power cable from the aux battery to switch pro.

I've been following this thread for a while and decided a long time ago this product was going to be my solution for a dual battery setup. As it looks like a well thought out solution to a common question.

Just waiting for the finances to line up.

Fair enough. I had a bad customer experience, but don't mean to trash the guy. Ill amend the post, leave it at that and move one.

I revised my post with the below but the screen shots stay attached so I just deleted it. Clear the slate I guess

I didn't have the greatest of transactions, words were said, posts were made, ultimately it's too bad, my appologies. Matt makes a great looking product and when it shows I'm sure it will work great. I wish the transaction had gone down a bit differently, but shit happens.

I work in production and there are just some things you cannot control, and it is really hard to hit 100% on everything. Especially when you are waiting on other companies to receive product so you can put your product together. Machines break (at my work a more often than not) and sometimes you just can't get the demand done on time.

I've been eyeing this thread for a while and im hoping to pick up a kit later down the road. Just my 2 cents.
