What are you going on about? Some comments of yours in IG are being brought to our attention.

To my knowledge, well, that’s it. We have no idea what is going on. Unless you’ve had specific conversation with specific mods that the rest of us don’t know about...we have no idea what you’re talking about

This post is in no way inflammatory. I am simply advising the folks watching this thread that we will no longer be watching or participating in this forum. That way they know how to contact us if they have a question concerning the products. I dont want any of our awesome customers left in the dark.

Concerning Instagram, I am hiding nothing. Follow along if you'd like to see how this organization treats the companies that support it.

Ok...still, no idea where you are going with this asking to be a vendor. I checked chat with staff to see if you asked to be a vendor there and got this.

I don’t recall any PM’s from you and the rest of the staff is reading the IG stuff you posted and sitting here wondering WTF is going on.

Unless you directly IM’d @tcBob and haven’t heard back...that’s all I can sumise.

So, instead of clutter up your informative thread, why not create a thread in the chat with staff section so we can try to figure out what is going on.

    Sound reasonable?

You're the moderator. You really should have messaged me privately before intervening in an otherwise benign post. I was simply advising my customers how to get in touch with me from here on out. I said nothing ill about TW... here.

Uhhhh. Weird way for a mod to handle this. Aren’t you the one that started the clutter? ‍♂️

All I garnered from IG was a bunch of out of context screenshots.

Yeah it was super confusing which is why I wanted @4x4Runner to comment. On IG it "looked" like OP was saying he was asked to pay money to be a vendor by a mod.

OP posted to his IG story looking for TW mods, then saying he asked to be a vendor and was being ignored by TW. Someone sent us as Staff of TW the screenshots. I did a little digging to see if he had reached out to any of us via IM or chat with staff and came up with nothing. It seems he had only PM’d @tcBob and they were overlooked or missed.

Took the conversation to PM and unfortunately, we couldn’t reach an amicable resolution with him and he seemed to not be interested in maintaining a presence on TW.

From my point of view, no. It started when OP took to social media before exhausting other avenues available to him.

Had he reached out to us via chat with staff or IM’d any of us (you can invite more than just one person to a PM) this could have gone a lot differently. Unfortunately, he had his mind made up about TW already when he posted to IG.

Was out camping with no cell service.

    Yes.

Which has never happened. @tcBob doesn’t charge vendor fees for any of his forums. This way, if we determine that a vendor isn’t doing their best to communicate and deliver their products we can remove their vendor status without any financial ties.

Please feel free to report my posts so my supervisor can see how I’ve acted inappropriately.

I’ll put my perspective on it out there.

I feel it was very unprofessional as a business owner for OP to take to social media when there is more than one way of reaching out to us on this forum. Then, expect us to reach out to him via PM in a private manner when we weren’t afforded the same opportunity before it blew up.

I have nothing against the OP and what he offers and I do wish Matt the best with Off Grid Engineering and sorry it didn’t work out between TW and him.

The whole thing is rather unfortunate. The product this vendor produces, as far as my experience as a customer goes, is very good. I would have liked to see a positive outcome to this conflict. Just sayin...

Matt may not see this but that's ok......I decided long ago that OGE dual kits were very well designed and put together so that is the direction I would go. I've ordered my dual battery set up and can't wait to get it....keep up the great work, Matt!

Well I know Matt isn't around here anymore but I finally got my dual side-by-side kit in tonight. It took a while but only because I'm so OCD and I needed to cut the cup holder for the dual voltmeter, ACR switch and a rocker switch that turns on/off the dual voltmeter. The kit was very easy to install and it looks tidy under the hood. It's not as neat as I'd like because I had to run extra wires for my dual voltmeter.

I ran my winch to the starter battery and my Bussmann to the Aux battery. Excuse the dirty engine bay.....IMG_1298.jpg

There was a small Dremel mishap to the right of the voltmeter and ACR switch:facepalm::annoyed: I'm going to try and get some paint to touch that area up.

    It's complicated.
Nice write up! Where did you get the voltage switch?
