    Hello Socal Tacoma Owners

We will be joining this event (OFF THE GRID EXPEDITIONS * Toyota's Only * The Mojave trail starts in Camp Cady and is a 147 mile ride toward the shores of the Colorado River. This is a 2 day expedition. This 2 day expedition during which you'll find no services, no stores, no motels nor perhaps a single other person. The trail is all different kinds of terrain, sand, mud, water crossings, rocks you name it it is here. So get your expedition vehicles ready and lets hit the trail.

There is nothing better than to get out and overland and what better way to do that then in a Toyota…We are all about adventure and of course having fun whether you have a 4runner, Tacoma, Tundra or a Land Cruiser we have something to offer…We do everything from simple day trips to 3-4 day adventures…You will be professionally guided through each and every trip we take…We provide an awesome adventure from beginner status to seasoned veteran…Its all about getting out and meeting new people in the Toyota community and comparing vehicles as well as putting them through the test and learning the capabilities of our vehicles along the way as well as making new friends all at the same time…if this is something you like to do then Off the Grid expeditions is for you!!

This Group is a club, but for this trip you do not need to be a member yet. This is a fun expedition to hit some trails and meet some new people and push the limits of your Tacoma. We highly recommend joining this club right now or even after this 2 day expedition.

Here is a little more information on the club -
Headquartered in Southern California, the OFF the GRID Expeditions Team has access to some of the best off-roading in the world. Built on the 100,000+ miles of guided Raptor tours throughout the beautiful Southwestern United States and the legendary terrain of Baja California, the Off the GRID Team is one of the most experienced and respected teams in the business.

The Off the GRID Expeditions Club was created so that our team can take its off-road experience, and share it with its club members. Adventurous individuals, just like yourself, can now join a professional tour club and enjoy the off road world of Off the GRID. Whether you're a first timer or a seasoned veteran in the off road world, we all share one thing in common, the love for using our vehicle off road. Those untouched and untraveled trails, that exist only to those who dare to venture off the GRID, are now in your reach!

Off the GRID Expeditions takes the "what if" out of the equation and allows you to take that risk factor to the next level. On every adventure, the Off the GRID Expeditions Team provides the following:

    • Professional trail guide
    • Pre navigated trails, mapped out with a GPS file for your vehicle
    • Mechanics that are qualified for most any break down
    • Spare parts and tools to repair most any necessary fixes
    • Professional Logistic planning both in the USA and BAJA
    • Multiple chase trucks and trailers, to provide additional aid to your adventure
Being a part of the OFF the GRID Team is the best and safest way to experience the offroad. Having these safety parameters in place will ensure you have the ultimate off-road adventure. Leave all the headaches to us and enjoy your off road adventure.

The excitement of a great off-road adventure, the beauty of the outdoors and the friendships that are forged along the way... are unmatched by any other experience!

very interesting, sort of short notice. Maybe next time. On the last trip I took my truck out I really did a number on it. Currently getting new armor for underneath and chasing s mysterious clunk that's is getting me nervous driving it.

Exactly  Its very possible for a 2WD drive to make it, but we need to make our check points in time so we make it to our final destination before night. So we cant be dealing with being tugged out of situations.
