can someone please explain to me why College football coaches need police escorts everywhere they go. Are they under threat they need 2-3 smokies escorting them around. Thanks in advance

 

I see you live in Hawaii. Visit the south during the fall, you’ll see how crazy people get. It’s more than a religion or lifestyle to a lot of folks, and if their team doesn’t do well that coach is blamed. Sometimes it’s poisoned trees, sometimes it’s fans killing each other. The possibility of a coach being targeted is not zero.

 

Having lived in Hawaii for 6 years, can confirm college sports are nonexistent there. Stadium there is Oakland A’s level of bad.

Bad news for Florida - their 1st and 2nd string QBs are both injured

the good news for Florida- Carson Beck will still be able to throw them the ball.

 

I’ve tried not to bash Beck, bc I saw how good he could be from last year. But damn. I do believe my patience has ran out with those interceptions in this game.

 

Should have been a third INT there a second ago. He’s just making awful decisions.

Our offensive game plan is trash. Our offensive players aren’t good.

 

Fuckin shit. Just stop throwing the ball. Don’t throw a pass the rest of the game.

 

Glad I wasn’t the only that took a thrashing on the picks. The last 3 weeks I was making good strides after a few bad weeks and now this week.

 

Someone on FB stated “Georgia is an excellent team. We have to beat your team along with beating our QB”.
I’m really hoping Beck gets his crap together now, rather than later. We got Ole Miss next, followed by Tennessee.

 

We won’t beat either of those teams with another 2 or 3 INT game. He needs to get it together or get his ass on the bench.
