Yeah, I pretty much dont hear any gear whine or howling, but you do get the stethoscope effect with 2 extra rods radiating in the cab, and 2 more holes cut in the floor. I hear my rear diff howl (done it since new, just 3rd gen things) more than the trans/cases.

It's still in the shop but it runs and drives now. It went on a 40mi trip this weekend.

Only issue so far: we swapped the ECU and on the first crank it was idling at 2k rpm (probably due to learning procedures within the ECU), went to put the trans in D and the NWF box kicked into neutral for some reason. We just clicked it back into Hi and it was fine. My installer said his Marlin unit did the same thing occasionally when there was a high idle scenario.

One lesson I have learned with my completed crawlbox..... Is to shift "softer". 1st time out the NWF TC ended up stuck in low, and required a expensive tow back home. But thankfully it's fixed, and I'm back on the road.

pics of under trim please. How did you fit the parking brake, and all 3 sticks in front of the auto shifter. I struggled to mak that shit fit with 2 on the side and one up front. I did mine in the first batch and the triplle shifter from NWF was ready yet.

May need to take my crawlboxes a part.

Anyone have a recommendation on which full gasket and seal kit should I get?
OEM from trail gear, my crawlboxes are from trail gear?
Marlin's paper and felt ones with their ecoseal?
    Yotamasters?

rtv for gear oil, its better than the grey rtv stuff. I don’t have any paper/felt gasket for my assembly but I am running the mc ecoseal

    aint that the truth.

i have found that using rtv and letting that shit cure before pouring gear oil in immediately does a lot better.

Although mine leaks out the breather hole. Check to see if it is from the top. Could just be from the shifters or breather hole

I found a good level where not much came out the top.
    But then they started singing.
First thought was it mustn't be enough and I sure messed them up.
Found some auto trans fluid in them.
    Some bad bearings.

Which bearing went bad? Oil starvation causing excessive heat?
