I knew Threebond did Honda but didn’t know where the Toyota stuff came from. Makes sense though since Honda FIPG also works extremely well.

Get rid of all the unnecessary stuff laying around and convert it into a NWF EcoCrawler. Definitely a DIY project or a shop familiar with all this BS IMG_0315.jpg

I have 2 extra holes from my triple case. Didn’t have to modify the tunnel at all beside the hammer love. First gen too

How the fuck were you able to fit 3 cases and not have to do any sheet metal work.
Part of it must be yours being a double cab? but still....

All my tranny, motor, tcase mounts are rubber so they move around more than if I had poly. So I also need a bit more clearance so they don't hit under load. That rear hole on your rear case looks wicked tight up against the arms. Is yours hard mounted?

Just curious on if other have seen seals "swell" like that before.

Yea, it’s a DC with a longer tunnel clearance vs xtra and all my mounts are factory too, up until like 4 years ago when I went SA. I got rid of the factory transmission crossmember and relied on the FROR tcase mount for the extended support. I will eventually tie in the front lower frame link mount and rear lower frame link mount and add a skid/support to the mid section of the tcase. There’s minimal clearance but everything clear and nothing hit or bind under load as of now. I had noticed more vibration after removing the factory transmission crossmember but that’s only when the vehicle idles, under load, no new noises.

I kept everything inside the cab looking factory and original. Went from ADD H/L push button case to the j-pattern case and the 4wd light on the dash still turns on when 4wd is engaged without the push button like original. I tied the push button to a reverse switch and placed it on the factory 4wd rail to activate the push button. Kept both actuator as stand alone units to keep the 4wd light working because I couldn’t find a solution to bypassed the actuator.

Crawl ratio is wicked stupid: 408:1 not considering the torque converter but love it when the truck drives down a steep AF slab where my butt cheeks are compressed together
