Whatever you'd like to do I'm willing to help man. If you came up this way Rausch Creek is a great place to test the crawler out too. Make a weekend out of it.

Couple of shots of the wiring in action. FWIW, I did Craigs in my driveway in the dark without a schematic since his truck's wiring colors didn't match mine, studied briefly in the light :D

My switch that I developed the schematic for and still works flawlessly from day 1

He's also an electrical engineer. That helps. ;)
I could never have done this without Ant & Jerry's help.
Wyatt & Mark were also critical to the success.

dude don't scare people like that. I spent $3,200 on mine from Jess at high angle drive line came with everything i needed to put it in and the only extra cost was the 4x4 switch, speedo and drive lines. doesn't matter what route you go you'll be spending money on drive lines.
If you're worried about breaking do the atlas they are tough.
i ran the 1.0:1/ 2.78:1/ 3.0:1 i did this because total low is still stupid slow and i like having that .2 gearing split for when just rolling off road again a lot has to do with what axle gearing and tire size you are running Im running a 5.38 (perfect for a 39.5" tire) gear and 42" tires so that 2.78:1 damn near puts me to factory 4low and if im doing a long up hill trail and i want to make it a little easier on the trans and engine i can shift to 3.0:1 with out loosing 10 MPH of speed. Like i said if i hit an obstacle 8:1 is still stupid slow.

Got the shipping notice from Low Range Offroad, my box will be here the 23rd :)

In the mean time I gotta sort out my grinding transmission. I was getting a 4th gear grind, so I replaced the clutch and transmission with an OEM clutch and a junkyard trans figuring the 4th gear synchro was bad. The trans came with a new shifter but I reused the old one cause it was easier. Drove home and it was popping out of 2nd and still grinding.

Did more research and decided it might be the shifter bushing and socket. So I swapped out the shifters. Didn't help. So I ordered a new shifter bushing and socket. Put those in the newer junkyard shifter today and it no longer pops out of gear but I'm still getting some grinding. While I was taking thinks apart I dissembled my old shifter and found the seat was completely disintegrated. It was also bone dry where my newer one is full of grease.

Tomorrow I might take it back apart and clean the grease out or even swap the new parts onto my old shifter to see if that helps. If not, trans #1 might be going back in when I install the crawl box.

Pretty sure I just spent $1200 on a transmission that I either didn't need or is FUBAR. Anyone smarter than me see anything I'm missing here (all the 6speed guys seem to be in this thread)

On that note, the single shifter goes in the crawl box and the dual shifters go in the transfer case. Correct? Single in front, Dual in the rear?

Yes. I mean why would the front box ever need two sticks? ;)

Thought so, just wanted to make sure.. The dang prerunner adapter pushes the shifters so far back. May lose my center console possibly
