At this point we could just have a replacement milled.
I’ve got a few connections that could do that.
Still have the turned housing in mine.

Atlas and Blackbox are both options, just take a bit more work to install

WTF! I’m getting conflicting information then.

Marlin’s chart shows 2nd gen and 3rd gen MT’s as being 19 spline.

"The kit comes with a new spud shaft which fits into the stock Toyota transmission 22 spline output shaft. This spud shaft has a Jeep 23 male spline on the opposite side which fits into a standard 23 spline Atlas case. The spud shaft should be installed onto the Atlas first, the collar portion on the shaft is a precision fit onto the Atlas input. You may find yourself tapping on the end of the shaft to install it on the Atlas. Air can get trapped between the two shafts making this a slightly long process."

thats from AA and their install for that kit

Dammit. I’m gonna have to take shit apart. According to the guys at MC, Mike had an issue with the spud shaft not matching the spline count for the 3rd gen output shaft and ended up damaging the splines or something. I can’t seem to get solid info from anyone regarding the RC62F transmission.

I was stating TOYOTA CRAWLBOX, as in using Toyota tcases and adapters...
Certainly other tcase/reduction options as you listed.

Trust me, duals are well worth taking a couple hours to pull your t-case and count them. If it's 22 spline your all set. If your trucks not your daily just leave the t-case on the bench, order the TG adapters, source a gear driven case and profit. If it is a 19 spline get a hold of a machine shop and have one milled.
