Low gears are the best mod ever. It's amazing what an IFS (1st gen) tacoma on 33s with a rear locker and crawl box can do!

Most of your planned info looks good. One word of advise, when building the internals (4.7s, spline coupler, etc.) stick to the same manufacture All TG or ALL Marlin as they are not interchangeable. Okay to mix and match tcase/trans adapters but the gear's splined input themselves are cut different. Also skip Davez...nothing but bad service. You can read info online about it, speaking from personally having to deal with it too. RAD is they way to go with their setup. Its nice and you can customize it to your liking.

Getting ready for install...just waiting on a couple pinion seals. I found I had this leftover rectangular pin in my parts bag from Marlin Crawler...this was one of the Marlin units that shipped with Inchworm adapters. Any idea where this goes?

Looks like it might be a syncro key. There's 3 of them in the stock case. Hard to tell for sure at that angle though.

Definitley key stock for the crawlbox shifter that gets welded to the shift fork rail to create a closed hole for the end of the shifter. Remember welding this when I did mine.

The synchros have a step down taper that this does not have.

Hmm...this is what it looks like. I am guessing MC modified it prior to shipping and because it came with Inchworm adapters they just sent a "standard" parts bag. ???

If you bought a fully assembled tacobox from marlin, that piece should be welded to the shift rail by marlin.

Correct, mc probably grab a general tacobox parts package and shipped it to you along with the crawl box.

As was already stated that is likely the key stock for the shift fork. I had the same "extra part" last year when I installed mine, I called Marlin to figure out what it was, they said basically if your box is shifting fine its already welded installed.....it freaked me out since I had already installed everything before calling about it.

Looks like extra parts, I hate it when that happens. You should be good to go since it’s already welded in there.

Don't forget to anti-seize or RTV the trans output to the coupler then the crawlbox input to the coupler.
